Time to rise up against Indian aggression: AJK president

 ISLAMABAD, SEPT 17 (DNA) – The AJK President, Sardar Masood Khan has said that India has started war against Pakistan, and now it is up to Pakistan how does it respond. “War has been declared, and now you are to decide whether you are to fight war or not,” he added.

He expressed these views while addressing all party solidarity Kashmir conference against India’s worst aggression in occupied Kashmir, which was organized by Ulema-Mushaikh Council Pakistan here.

The AJK president said that now is the time for demonstrating commitment to Kashmir and struggling for the survival of Pakistan, and the whole nation must rise up for that. India has declared to disintegrate Pakistan, he said and questioned: “If we ourselves do not impose sanctions on India, how the international community will accept our demand for imposing economic and diplomatic sanctions against India.”

He asserted that three anti-Muslim campaigns were going on in India, and now this has become a war between Islam and infidelity.

He said that India had started the war to eliminate Muslims in Kashmir, and at the same time, it had also cancelled citizenship of two million Muslims of Assam state.

Referring to the role of ulema and mushaikh in motivating public opinion against the Indian actions, Sardar Masood Khan said that while abroad, he had noted that ulema were playing an important role in this regard. “I myself addressed gatherings in mosques abroad, and have urged the Muslims to help us on Kashmir issue,” he added.
