Phone lines out of order due to PTCL inefficiency
ISLAMABAD, MAR 11 (DNA) – PTCL customers of Sector G 8 Markaz have complained about inefficiency nonchalance attitude of PTCL operational staff as most of the phone numbers is dead in the area for so many days.
For instance phone number 2266165 in Awan Plaza is dead of last 10 days. Despite repeated complaints on 1218, nobody turned up for rectification.
Similarly another phone number 2280074 in the same area is out of order for many days.
When contacted the line man of the area Naveed told that they do not have requisite staff and tools to address so many complaints.
He added the company is not facilitating them properly. Even at time they have to buy fuel from their own pocket to reach the destination.
He said one line man is responsible take care of two big sectors, which humanly is not possible.
The resident have demanded of the PTCL high ups to address their woes at the earliest before they switch over to another operator.=DNA
