MQM founder rewarded target killers for murders, Rangers reveal
KARACHI, JUL 26 (DNA) – Sindh Rangers spokesman Kernel Qaiser Khattak revealed an audio clip of MQM founder in which he appreciates two target killers over murders.
In a press talk on Wednesday, he said banned terrorist organisations based in Afghanistan are actively working across the border, adding that the law enforcement agency knows from where the directions originate.
He vowed to catch those involved in murder of policemen in Karachi. While promising good news in near future, Kernel Qaiser recalled that two persons were murdered in Orangi Town on July 17 in which members of MQM London were involved.
Both the suspects, shooter Mohmmad Raheem and motorcyclist Mohammad Danish, were in contact with South Africa-based group. They received a message of admiration from MQM London founder after two days along with a bounty of Rs. 50,000 via the private bank. The Rangers spokesperson also played voice message of MQM London founder.
He further told that both the suspects had confessed to the murder, stressing that no terrorist network is actively working in the region as of now. Rangers DG formed joint investigation team to probe the criminal activity which will yield positive results, he assured.
