Sindh to commute sentences of elderly, ailing jail inmates: sources
KARACHI, (DNA) – The government of Sindh has decided to commute sentences of elderly jail inmates, citing provincial home department sources. Prisoners suffering from life-threatening chronic disease will also be given relief but the decision about their release will be made by a medical board, the home department said.
