KP Doctors call off their strike after successful talks with CM

The Doctors community of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa called off their strike after successful talks with Chief Minister Mahmood Khan in Peshawar on Sunday. Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister said the government has constituted a committee to redress the reservations of doctors in the province. He said the problems faced by the health workers would also be resolved on the recommendations of the committee. Mahmood Khan asked the health authorities to support the government for provision of better health facilities and work with missionary zeal.

Iran says oil field found with 53 billion barrels of crude oil

TEHRAN: Iran has discovered a new oil field containing 53 billion barrels of crude, President Hassan Rouhani said on Sunday, a find that would increase Iran’s proven reserves by over a third. PM Imran takes notice of officers failure to resolve issues of citizens

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan on Sunday took serious notice of the mishandling, non-resolution or delayed response on the complaints registered on the Pakistan Citizen Portal. The premier also directed all the ministries to form a dedicated committee to evaluate the performance of the concerned officers.
