KARACHI (DNA) – Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Saturday has directed Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) to seize bank accounts of Khidmat-e-Khalq Foundation (KKF).

During the hearing of money laundering case, FIA asked the court for seizure of the accounts for further investigation as money laundering worth millions was carried out from them.

No verdict has been announced on former senator Ahmed Ali’s pre-arrest bail, FIA added.

The lawyer said that ex-senator is feeling unwell due to which he was unable to appear in the court. He further requested the court to defer the decision over his bail plea.

The court said that the verdict will be read in the presence of the accused and adjourned the hearing till April 29.
